Strawberry Pizza Pie

Ingredients:
· 1 cup All Purpose Flour
· 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
· 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
· Zest of 1 Lemon
· 1 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
· 1/2 cup Sugar
· 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
· 2 Eggs
· Strawberries, sliced
· Strawberry Glaze

* Additional types of berries can be used.

Directions:

For Crust:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Make the crusted by mixing together the flour, butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.
3. Press the crust firmly into a 13x9 greased pan. You may need to flour your hands to press the crust in nicely.
4. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes or until very lightly golden brown.

For Topping:
1. Mix together the softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and eggs. Beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth. It would be better to mix the cream cheese with sugar first to smooth out any lumps, and then add the remaining ingredients.
2. Pour the batter over the half baked crust and bake again in 350 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes until set and just barely starts to become golden in color.
3. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
4. Clean, slice and dry your berries.
5. Coat your berries in the strawberry glaze and evenly top the pie. You can decoratively top the pie or just uniformly spread all over.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve. When serving, cut in squares. Enjoy!
