Muhammara Dip- Spicy Turkish Nut Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 roasted Red Peppers (do not use jarred)
- 3/4 cup Walnuts
- 4-5 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (I use chili oil)
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Cumin, ground
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- Salt/Pepper- to taste

Directions:

- Put the walnuts, garlic and breadcrumbs in the food processor and pulse a few times.
- Add the lemon juice, roasted red peppers, tomato paste, cumin, and crushed red pepper.
- Turn on the mixer, and while mixing, stream in the oil.
- Taste for seasonings and add salt/pepper as needed. Add additional spice if needed as well.

Serve with pita wedges
