White Bean Bruschetta

Ingredients:

- 1 cup Canellini beans (cooked)
- 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
- 1 tablespoon Black Olive Paste
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh Basil, cut chiffonade
- 1 Garlic Clove, very thinly sliced
- Kosher Salt and Fresh Black Pepper to taste
- Grilled slices of Italian Bread (brush with oil and then grill)

*I like doing half chili oil and half extra virgin oil for more heat

Directions:

- Combine all the ingredients, except the bread. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture onto the grilled bread, and drizzle lightly with extra oil. Serve immediately.
