Sangria

* This Makes approximately 4 gallons. Definitely one for a crowd! For best results, don't make it more than one day in advance, and don't add the fruits until a couple hours before consumption. No fancy brand wines or liquors are required, but it's your personal preference.

Ingredients:
- 1 gallon red wine
- Small bottle of cherry brandy or blackberry brandy, approx a pint
- Bottle peach schnapps- normal size
- Carton of Tropicana Orange Juice- no pulp
- Bottle of Sprite- 2 liter
- Powdered Sugar- to taste
- Berries, diced apples, etc..

Directions:
- In a large punch bowl combine the gallon of wine, 3/5 bottle of brandy, 1/2 bottle of peach schnapps, and 2/3 carton of the orange juice. You can add more later depending on your taste.
- Mix the liquids and add about 1/2 cup of Powdered Sugar
- Stir and taste. If it seems a bit sour at this point, it's ok.
- Add 3 cups of Sprite and mix.
- Taste again. If it tastes too strong, add OJ and sprite. If it tastes too sour, add more sugar. If it's not fruity enough, add more peach schnapps. If it's not strong enough, add more cherry brandy. It's all to your taste! Top with whatever fruits you desire and enjoy!
