Ingredients
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet, thawed
- Pepper Jelly (or any jelly of choice)
- Brie cheese, approx 1/2-3/4 lb, rind removed and cut into 36 pieces.
*You can make different variations. Top these with slivered almonds, toasted walnuts, honey, apricot sauce, fresh raspberries, etc. Or replace the brie with goat cheese or feta.
Directions
- Roll the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to a large square (larger than the slice of the sheet).
- Cut into 36 (approx 2 inch) squares. Press the squares into a greased mini muffin pan.
- Spoon about 1/4 teaspoon pepper jelly into each pastry shell. Top each with 1 piece of brie cheese.
- Bake in a 400 degrees oven for 15 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown. Let cool for about 10 minutes and then carefully remove from muffin pan.
