French Toast

Ingredients:
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Half n Half (or cream)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Ground Cinnamon (a couple dashes)
- 4 thick slices of Brioche
- Butter

Directions:
- Beat the eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a bowl until blended.
- Pour the custard into a pan big enough for you to soak the bread.
- Places the bread in the egg mixture and let them soak. Turn them several times, so that bread has soaked up most all of the custard. This might take a good 30 minutes (give or take a few).
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium low heat. When it starts to bubble, gently lay the bread in the pan.
- Cook until the bread is nicely browned on each side and the custard in the center is cooked through.
- Serve with your choice of topping.
